Your data, handled with care.

1. What we collect

Account information. When you sign up — via email magic link or Google — we store your email address and the date your account was created.

Reflections. When you use the "Let It Go" feature, the text you write is saved to your account. These entries are private to you. We do not read them, analyse them, or use them for any purpose other than storing them on your behalf.

Usage data. We record how many seconds of audio you stream per day. This exists solely to support potential future usage limits and is not shared or sold.

No behavioural tracking. We do not use advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics on your in-app activity.

2. How we use it

We use the data above to provide the service — authentication, streaming audio, and storing your reflections. We do not sell your data. We do not use your reflections to train AI models or any other automated system.

3. Third-party services

Running the app requires a small number of trusted partners:

• Supabase — handles authentication and stores your account data and reflections securely.
• Cloudflare — hosts the app and delivers audio. Audio is only accessible to authenticated users.
• Google — if you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address and name via OAuth.

We do not share your data with anyone else.

4. Data retention and deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@unloadme.io. We will complete the request within 30 days.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Audio is only accessible to authenticated users. Your account data is isolated — you can only access your own.

6. Children

UnloadMe is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
