These terms govern your use of UnloadMe, operated by Vacabyte. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

UnloadMe is a mindfulness tool for releasing stress through ambient sound and reflection. We provide it as-is, and we may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login or use someone else's account. You must be at least 16 years old to use UnloadMe.

3. Acceptable use

Use UnloadMe for its intended purpose. You may not attempt to access audio or data belonging to other users, reverse-engineer the app, scrape content, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

4. Your content

The reflections you write belong to you. By saving them, you grant us the limited right to store and retrieve them on your behalf. We will never use your reflections for any other purpose.

5. Our content

The audio recordings, design, and code that make up UnloadMe are owned by Vacabyte. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or service changes.

7. Limitation of liability

UnloadMe is a tool, not a medical or therapeutic service. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vacabyte is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
